How to get started on Pitchero 5 of 10

5. HWCC Registration and Subscriptions for Junior Section: Parents and Children

Registration
If registering child(ren) you must first register yourself with the role of Parent. You will then be asked to search for your child’s name in our database. If it isn’t in there, please enter it when asked to do so. The Parent role cannot be assigned without selecting or entering a child’s name.

NB Each parent who wishes to give and receive information about a child must each individually register and accept the policies & T&C. The child is initially registered and linked to one parent, but can then be linked to more than one registered adult.

If you already have a Pitchero account for another club:

  1. Using a browser, go to Hartley Wintney CC’s Pitchero site at http://www.hwcc.uk/ and login with your existing account user ID and password.
  2. Click on your account icon at the top right, and then ‘Join’
  3. Read and accept the Terms and conditions, particularly the Hartley Wintney CC terms. You can click on the link to read them in detail. Confirm you’re not a robot!
  4. Click ‘Join this club’
  5. Tick the roles for ‘Club Member’ and ‘Parent’ (and any others you wish to apply for)
  6. Click 'Next step'
  7. Type the name of your child – unless you have already entered them they won’t be found.
  8. Click on ‘Click here if your child is not on the list’
  9. Complete your child’s details, leaving Team as ‘Not a player’
  10. Repeat Step 10 for any other children you’d like to add
  11. Click 'Next step'
  12. Click ‘My account’
  13. Under ‘Membership needs updating’ (pink box) click ‘Update info’
  14. Scroll down and complete the required fields and click ‘Save changes’
  15. Please note that on the front page the roles of Club Member and Parent won’t yet be applied; this will happen when an administrator accepts the registration.
  16. Once your registration has been accepted you will receive an app notification as per your settings (please ensure notifications are turned on!) and will be able to access your information and that of your child via the Pitchero app and website.
  17. You will then need to edit your child’s membership details. Upon logging in and selecting your child you will see the same ‘pink box’ and request for information that you had yourself. Please click on this and complete the required fields, ensuring that DoB and gender are completed.

Subscriptions

  1. You should also see a notification for payment due. Click on your ‘Payments’ then your child’s name, then the product (‘Junior Membership 2022’), opt whether to pay in a lump sum or monthly instalments, click ‘Buy’ then ‘Pay now’. Complete the child’s information (please note there is duplication of some information between this and the membership form, but only at initial registration; in future years you will only be sent the ‘Payment form’ and can check/ edit your child’s details as required prior to payment).
  2. Choose ‘Pay by Direct Debit’. NB PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL TAKE ONLY THE ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE, this will NOT set up a regular Direct Debit; any further payments can only be taken upon purchase of a separate product.
  3. Ensure you manage your notifications to only receive notifications about squads and other matters that interest you!

NB There is no need to assign your child as a ‘Player’ or assign them to a squad at any stage as this will be done by an administrator.
