Many of you will be familiar with ClubPay, the system Hartley Wintney Cricket Club previously used as the registration and payment system for annual subscriptions for you and your children. You may also be familiar with Teamer, which is a separate application that the Junior Section used to check availability and notify you of squad selections for matches.
The club is moving to a new system called Pitchero, which will have many benefits for you, and for the club. Some of you will already be familiar with Pitchero as several other sports clubs in the area already use it.
In addition to paying for subscriptions, you’ll also be able to use Pitchero to update availability for you and/or your child for matches or training, see which matches and training sessions you or they are playing in, receive club news and much more.
All members should register themselves, and their children if applicable, on our Pitchero system. You will then have a user ID and password and can access all the other features of Pitchero. This is a one-off process.
The first task that many of you will use Pitchero for is to pay annual subscriptions. You’ll use this every year while you or your children are members.
This guide covers both stages.
The processes for registration and paying subscriptions are different for senior and junior sections. Parents of children under 18 should refer to the instructions for Junior Section. Others should refer to instructions for Senior Members.
We are usually oversubscribed for Junior and Development Squad memberships. For this reason, these subscriptions are not on general sale in the Club Shop. If you are not sent an invite for your child, please contact the Junior Membership Secretary to enquire about enrolling your children in these sections. If your child is eligible the correct subscription will be made available to you in the shop.
Once you have registered, please be sure to download the Pitchero club app onto your mobile phone from the appropriate app store. Versions are available for Android and Apple phones.
