Message from Alton: Fridays are colts training night so the ground will be busy. There is another car park at the football club end next to the leisure centre (North East end), where there is also plenty of parking. I’d suggest your players park at that end. We’ve had issues with cars getting parked in before so that will avoid that. While you’d all be very welcome to stay for a hot dog and a beer I’d imagine lots of the parents will want to head home straight away! You’ll need to approach the ground off the A31 on to Northfield Lane from the Chawton roundabout. If you turn off the A339 on to Chawton Park Road you’ll hit a road closure.
